【摘 要】詞匯教學是語言教學的重要組成部分，面對浩如煙海的英語詞匯，學生常�？嘤谟洃泦卧~效率低，遺忘速度快，許多英語成績差的學生將詞匯的學習與記憶比作“攔路虎”，以致談“虎”色變，對英語學習缺乏信心。我認為，詞匯教學在英語教學中有著舉足輕重的地位，它貫穿整個英語教學的始終。詞匯是語言的基礎，離開了詞匯，語言就沒有了意義。

本文作者在句子結(jié)構(gòu)方面的駕馭能力，可以從以下幾個例子看出一二。

As for me, dictation is essential to mastering English listening comprehension.

From that moment onward, politics and history became my passions. In school we had been taught that there was no society freer than the United States, but that was only part of the story.
